By uploading, users accept sole responsibility for any infringement of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. The platform assumes no liability for content sourced without proper rights. Legal accountability for such actions rests entirely with the user.
User data submitted or generated within the app will be used exclusively for functionalities directly related to the operation and improvement of the application. No personal data will be sold, shared, or exploited for marketing, profiling, or any purpose outside the core functions of the app.
Users are prohibited from uploading any content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise violates applicable laws or community standards. The platform reserves the right to remove such content and suspend access without notice.
